Ms. Angerman is now practicing in Los Angeles after having been professionally trained and schooled in New York. Upon graduating from the University of Michigan with a degree in Economics, Ms. Angerman continued her post-graduate work at Christie’s Education where she earned a Masters in Modern Art, Connoisseurship and the History of the Art Market. With a strong educational background in business and the arts, Ms. Angerman took a position as a Fine Art Appraiser at the New York firm Abigail Hartmann Associates. Acting as an Appraiser, she worked on several important Impressionist, Modern and Post-War private east coast collections. In addition to her appraisal experience, Ms. Angerman also worked as a Jr. Specialist at Christie’s, Rockefeller Plaza where she was responsible for cataloguing and valuing personal property in addition to designing the catalogues. Well versed in 19th and 20th century fine art, Ms. Angerman has a diversified portfolio of experience in appraisal practices.
